Making Money from Kanye West in College (Part 2)

One of the ideas I came up with during this brainstorming session was to have a Kanye West party in the house and sell shutter shades (kanye glasses/ stronger glasses, which he made famous in his 2007 music video “Stronger”) at the door. I had recently been contemplating buying a pair*, and decided that like minded individuals may also wish to purchase. I checked on ebay and there was none for sale in Ireland and very little even in the UK.

*I understand that some people at this point may think I'm an idiot, and lambast me for paying any money for a basically useless object that serves no purpose except style. But whatever I think they look cool and are a laugh to have for a night out.

*Another quick point on style. Everyone is wearing scarves these days, and not cause its cold, its cause its in style, they serve no real purpose other than people think they look good.

Anyway....rant over......my partner in this business venture then stated that he did not think we would sell very many glasses at a house party. After thinking about it, I agreed. I then remembered that Kanye West was playing Ireland in the near future, and I suggested selling the glasses outside the arena. My partner immediately liked the idea and we were on our way!!...................except for the fact that we had no money, no product, and no casual traders license. PART 3
